The American Law Institute Continued Legal Education (ALI CLE) published “Jury’s View: How Jurors See Your Case” in the July 2025 edition of Practical Real Estate Lawyer. Miller, Miller & Canby eminent domain and condemnation attorney Joseph Suntum joined Jeremy Hopkins of Cranfill Sumner LLP, outlining ways skilled attorneys prepare for risky and unpredictable jury trials.
