Mountain Road (MD 177) Improvement Project (from Outing Avenue to Edwin Raynor Boulevard)
2020.04.20 Project is to create safe pedestrian & bicycle lanes along roadway, which will include construction of curb, limiting access to properties, which is currently open. The State is currently working toward completing its 30% design. It is too early to tell the extent of property acquisition that may be necessary. On February 18th & 19th, there were meetings held with Business Owners along MD 177. Meetings open to the public were to be held this summer 2020, but will likely be in the Fall due to Corona Virus situation.
