Scott Mirsky Joins MSBA Board of Governors

Scott Mirsky has been appointed to serve on the Maryland State Bar Association Board of Governors for the 2026-2028 term, representing the Sixth District, Montgomery County. His term will officially begin in June, as part of the MSBA’s 2026 Legal Summit and Annual Meeting.

The Board of Governors, Executive Committee, and Section & Committee Chairs make the strategic decisions that guide the MSBA to effectively represent Maryland’s lawyers. They are tasked with providing member services and promoting professionalism and diversity in the legal profession, as well as ensuring access to justice, service to the public, and respect for the rule of law.

This will be the second term of service for Mirsky, who is a principal in Miller, Miller & Canby’s Employment Law and Employment Litigation practice. He focuses his practice on advising and litigating employment and business disputes, with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan region.
