Joe Suntum is among a panel of the nation’s top eminent domain and condemnation law attorneys who will be presenting for ALI-CLE 2015 Eminent Domain and Land Valuation Litigation and Condemnation 101, to be held in San Francisco on February 5-7. The conference is widely considered to be the most comprehensive gathering of attorneys who focus in this area of the law.

New developments in the law are constantly changing the practice of eminent domain and land valuation. While recommended for the practitioner at the early stages of his or her career, the conference is also valuable for even the most seasoned condemnation lawyer. The conference addresses the specific areas where changes will reshape the practice, essentially providing an update on the current state of eminent domain case law, as well as delivering tips on strategies and tactics attorneys may implement in their practice. Mr. Suntum’s presentation, “Opening and Closing:  Laying out your Case and Bringing it Home,” will focus on procedural and persuasive strategies for opening and closing arguments at trial.  For more information on the conference click here.
