Posted September 10, 2025 at 9:06 AM

Miller, Miller & Canby is pleased to announce that attorneys Patrick Klemz and Margaret (Meg) Gentile have joined the firm, adding depth to the firm’s Estates & Trusts and Litigation practice groups.

Patrick Klemz expands the firm’s Estates & Trusts practice; he advises clients on all matters relating to estates and trusts, probate, elder law, and fiduciary law. Among other accomplishments in his career, he has developed a focus on maximizing the elective share for surviving spouses in Maryland, a growing practice area due to a recent legislative change in the law. He is also skilled in special needs planning and Medicaid planning, and has made an extensive study of the complex regulations governing Medicaid long-term care and other public benefits programs.

Meg Gentile is an associate attorney in the firm’s Litigation practice group, focusing on real estate and commercial litigation. She joins the firm after serving as a law clerk for The Honorable Jeannie E. Cho at the Montgomery County Circuit Court, where she gained experience with a variety of cases by conducting extensive legal research, drafting opinions and bench memoranda, and attending civil and criminal hearings and trials.  She also previously served as a legal intern at the Office of the Governor, Pennsylvania State Police Division.

“We are very pleased to welcome Patrick and Meg to our firm,” said Miller, Miller & Canby’s Managing Partner, Michael Campbell. “These impressive attorneys will help us to continue to provide effective and responsive services for our valued clients,” he added.
