Attorneys Donna McBride, Joseph Suntum, Michael Campbell, and Diane Feuerherd have been selected for this honor, and attorneys Raymond Gambrill and Alexandra Mussler have been named to the 2023 “Rising Stars” list, which recognizes attorneys under the age of 40.

She focuses her litigation practice in the following areas:  business and commercial, estates and trusts, personal injury and insurance, as well as real estate. In 2019, Ms. McBride was admitted to the highly-selective American College of Trial Lawyers as a Fellow. In addition to her background as a trial lawyer, Ms. McBride is a member of the Supreme Court of Maryland’s Standing Committee of Rules of Practice and Procedure, where she was appointed to serve a second 5-year term beginning in 2018. In 2018, she served as Treasurer for the Montgomery County Bar Association, for the 2018-2019 term. She is a member of the Trial Court’s Judicial Nominating Commission, and a former co-chair and current member of the Maryland State Bar Association’s Judicial Selections Committee. Joseph (Joe) Suntum is partner in the firm and serves as the firm’s Eminent Domain/Condemnation Group Leader. The Owners’ Counsel of America (OCA) is a national network of experienced condemnation attorneys who represent property owners against federal, state and local governments. Michael Campbell is the managing partner at Miller, Miller & Canby.  He focuses his practice primarily on disputes involving real estate, construction projects and commercial leases in state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and before arbitrators. Now in his third decade at the firm, he has tried more than 100 cases before judges, juries and arbitrators. He has resolved many other cases through mediation and private resolution with opposing counsel. Mr. Campbell has also developed an expertise in property tax appeals for commercial and high-value residential properties in Maryland. He is Master of the Bench and past-President (2019-2020) of the Montgomery County Inns of Court, and regularly serves as a judge in the Maryland high school mock trial competition. 2023 is the third year that he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer.

Diane Feuerherd is an appellate and trial attorney, focusing on business, estate, real estate and eminent domain litigation in the Maryland state and federal courts. Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Feuerherd has remained dedicated to serving and improving the legal profession, at the local, state and national level, for the benefit of attorneys and the community at large. She serves on the MSBA’s Judicial Appointments Committee, Secretary and Board Member to the Maryland Bar Foundation, Barrister of the Montgomery County Inns of Court, and Member of the Peer Review Committee.
