Miller, Miller & Canby is pleased to announce that Land Use practice group leader, Jody S. Kline, has been recognized as one of “Washington’s Top Lawyers 2013-2014: Real Estate Lawyers” by Washingtonian magazine. The December 2013 issue includes a list of the region’s top 1,000 lawyers across 30 practice areas. The rankings are based on a survey sent to attorneys in the Washington, DC area, seeking nominations for leaders in those 30 practice areas. Washingtonian then conducts additional research to make its final selections. This marks the second time that Mr. Kline was recognized in this prestigious list of Top Real Estate Lawyers by Washingtonian. The magazine quips "Real-estate deals and zoning or land-use issues are no problem for these top real-estate lawyers". View the entire list of Washingtonian's 2011-2012 Top Real Estate Lawyers.
