Attorney Donna McBride was recently recognized by the District Court of Maryland for her time, dedication, and service to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Office, where she volunteered to help mediate cases on the civil docket. The District Court of Maryland’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Office provides mediation and settlement conferences for civil cases pending in many District Court locations. These ADR services are offered at no charge, either on the day of trial or before the trial date (pre-trial), through the District Court ADR program. For more information on this important program and its importance to the citizens of Maryland, please refer to the program’s December 2012 “A Winning Solution” newsletter here.
