The real estate and land use departments of Miller, Miller & Canby coordinated efforts to assist a long-time client, Victory Housing, with their recent White Oak development.
Once the site was secured, the zoning team led Victory Housing through both preliminary plan and site plan review to obtain approval for a 72-unit Independent Living Facility with 15% MPDUs. As a full-service firm, the land use department also assisted with necessary permitting requirements for the project.
