Overview
Caitlin Phillips is an Associate in the Estates & Trusts practice at Miller, Miller & Canby, focusing on estate planning, and probate and trust administration.
Prior to joining Miller, Miller & Canby, Caitlin worked as Assistant Bar Counsel at the Office of Bar Counsel of Maryland, where she screened complaints for violations of the rules of Professional Conduct, assisted in disciplinary investigations, handled conservatorships, and oversaw probation monitoring.
Caitlin obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, she externed for the Guardian ad Litem Program in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she conducted research to assist in advocating for the best interests of neglected children. She was also a Student Fellow for the Center for Children, Families and the Courts.
Caitlin currently resides in Howard County, Maryland. When she is not working, Caitlin enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and volunteering.
