Bethesda Magazine has released its list of the region’s Top Attorneys, recognizing Miller, Miller & Canby’s Jody Kline for 2019. The recognition honors the region’s most respected legal practitioners, as selected by their peers. The publication surveys hundreds of attorneys who practice in Montgomery County, asking respondents to name attorneys they would recommend across approximately 25 areas of practice. Mr. Kline was named in the practice area of Land Use/Zoning.
Mr. Kline joined Miller, Miller & Canby in 1974, has been a principal of the firm since 1981 and has served as head of the Land Development practice area since that time. His practice concentrates on land use, zoning and subdivision law in Montgomery County and he has represented clients in many of the County’s planning and economic development initiatives. His areas of expertise include zoning, special exception, subdivision, master planning, building permit issuance, and administrative and real estate matters related to land development. He represents private clients, non-profit entities and municipal corporations and agencies.
