PRACTICE OVERVIEW:
Donna McBride, a partner in the Firm’s litigation section, is a native of Montgomery County. In her two decades of practice, she has tried hundreds of lawsuits throughout the State of Maryland, approximately 100 of which were jury trials. Her trial practice is varied. Earlier in her career, she concentrated her practice in the trial of personal injury matters and continues to represent both plaintiffs and defendants in these cases. More recently, she has also played leading roles in the trial of complex commercial disputes for large corporate clients. These cases have involved difficult and novel issues that her extensive courtroom experience enabled her to navigate with success.

In addition to her extensive background as a trial lawyer, Ms. McBride has handled a number of appellate matters. Seeking even greater versatility, Ms. McBride more recently has also undertaken a number of zoning and land use matters, both at the administrative and trial level.
